We followed Giada’s recommendation for a delish dinner at Poogan’s Porch. Nestled in a colonial estate of sorts, we enjoyed the more refined version of Paula Deen’s fried green tomatoes that we ate last night. Paula’s were delicious, but basically just deep fried doorstoppers. Tonight’s were pecan crusted and there was fried goat cheese involved.
Also, Poogan’s Porch is allegedly haunted.
